Daren Woodall - Co-Founder / President

Daren is a 20 year veteran software developer with extensive experience developing enterprise level software for prominent companies in both the medical and financial sectors.  He brings the technical expertise to deliver applications with the necessary stability, flexibility and ease-of-use.

Michelle Bender, RN - Co-Founder / Vice-president

Michelle graduated from Medicine Hat College School of Nursing in Alberta, Canada in 1992.  Specializing in pediatrics, Michelle has served in such disciplines as med/surg, ER, PICU, NICU, oncology, PACU, day surgery, home care and pediatric cardiology.  Michelle first became committed to the efficiency and safety of standardized anesthesia orders as a day surgery/PACU nurse at Children’s Hospital of Austin.  She furthered this commitment by co-founding EXWAY Software, LLC to bring a web-based application to produce error-free standardized anesthesia orders to all surgical centers.
